This program is for all clients who are active and want to protect their backs by proper lifting techniques and exercises. The exercises are to emphasize strength and flexibility of the back and related joints and muscles. The specific benefit of this program is to maintain as much range of motion of the back, hips, and legs; and strength of the corresponding muscles. The package includes: proper lifting techniques; back exercises; safety tips; benefits; and frequency guidelines. Dear Senior, I have always loved working with seniors right from the start of my professional career as a physical therapist 42 years ago and I have been helping seniors get better ever since. Seniors just want one thing: to stay healthy in order to stay independent. When a health crisis does come, there is no other group of people who work as hard or as persistently as seniors just to get better.
